  Easy Clean Model of Electrochlorinator - PEC Series

The Pristine Water PEC Series salt water swimming pool Chlorinators produce chlorine when mildly salty pool water passes through the electrolytic cell of the Electro chlorinator. The pool water is very mildly salted to achieve around 3000 to 4000 ppm (parts per million). This low concentration of salt is half as salty as a tear drop. Chlorine produced by Pristine Water’s Electrochlorinator disinfects the swimming pool by destroying bacteria, viruses and algae. Simple yet advanced design of the Pristine Water PEC Series makes it easy to operate and maintain. The back cover which is connected to the Titanium Electrode can very easily be removed for cleaning when required. The clear housing of the cell makes inspection easy too.

The Water Flow Sensor provided in the cell controls the operation of the Electro chlorinator. The Electrochlorinator shall automatically switch on, when the filtration system is working and shall switch off the moment the filter is shut. This feature will prolong the life of the cell by preventing it from dry running. The Electrolytic Cell is fitted to the plumbing line after the filter or just before it enters the pool.

  Self Cleaning Models of Electro chlorinator - PSC Series


The Electro chlorinator from Pristine Water PSC Series Salt Water Swimming Pool Chlorinators use the state-of-the-art technology to make it Self Cleaning and trouble free. The electro chlorinator produces chlorine when mildly salty pool water passes through the electrolytic cell. The water in the pool contains calcium salt which deposits on the surface of the cell when the cell is in operation. These deposits gradually reduce the performance of the cell. The normal cells have to be cleaned with mild acid solution periodically.

But, PCS Series Electro Chlorinators are self-cleaning. This is achieved by the advanced cell design were both the Titanium electrodes are quoted with Ruthenium and Iridium oxides to give them a long life. The control module is provided with electronic circuit to change the direction of current flow after a preset time. This reversing of polarity and the advanced cell design prevents deposition on the cell. The PCS Series Electro Chlorinators not only take care of your pool by destroying bacteria, viruses and algae but also takes care of themselves by cleaning the deposits and maintaining high level of efficiency.

The Control Module is used not only to feed the required DC Voltage and Amperage to the Electrolizer Unit, but also to control its various functions.
 
  Additional Features
  • Chlorine Production Control - There might be a sudden increase in chlorine demand due to rains or a decrease in demand during hot summer. To boost or to reduce the production of chlorine as per requirement, a chlorine production control switch is provided in the Chlorinator control module, which can easily control the production.
  • Self Cleaning Electrolyzer - During the process of chlorine production the calcium and magnesium salts will deposit on certain parts of the electrode. After one hour of operation, the current flow shall change automatically, by which removing the salt deposit on the electrode. The reversing of the current flow will keep the electrode clean and free from deposits.
  • Safety Cut off - The Electrolyzer Chamber should be full with water during the process of chlorine production. To ensure this, an automatic level switch is provided in the electrolyzer chamber. This will sense the water level and start the system only when the chamber is full of water. For some reason if the chamber becomes empty then the system shall automatically switch off.
